Every day children and young teens in the Los Angeles area are subjected to improper care, little or no education, and poor nourishment, as well as abuse and neglect – just because their parents are deceased or out of the picture. Though many of us may think of unattended orphans as something from “Annie” or “Oliver Twist,” vulnerable youth living in unstable and unsafe conditions is a 21st-century reality and the situation is getting worse.
Los Angeles Children’s Charity Group (LACCG) is here to ensure that youngsters in Los Angeles receive the care they deserve to have a path to a brighter future. Fortunately, much can be done to improve the system and help young people. We kindly ask you to join our cause and help us fulfill our mission.
